  • Your time together will be flexible. The cadence of meetings is determined on the front end with one-hour meetings scheduled to fit your needs. Questions between meetings can be addressed via e-mail. Depending on your unique goals, you may have milestones to achieve or reflections to consider in between sessions. Your time together will largely be shaped by what it is you’re looking to accomplish.
